Seems counter intuitive imo, no better than a flip closure buckle since you most likely have to thread it back through a loop anyway. If we could make them to size then i would love it.

You can trim it to any size you like, for what it’s worth. Then pretend it’s non-adjustable if you like :)

Size chart makes no sense. A man with a 34 waist does NOT wear size 29 pants

Hi Cramit, the best bet is to measure your waist circumference with a tape measure (through the belt loops) and use that "waist size" to determine which size you need. The printed size on pants often varies a lot from the real size, and in our experience, the real measured size is typically about 4 or 5 inches greater. Your mileage may vary, but using your real measured size will always result in a belt that fits well. Let me know if you have any other questions :)

Hey Mike! Still waiting for a 'no buckle' option, so I can order just a replacement strap or two. After 2 years of regular wear, mine's starting to look pretty frayed and ratty (buckle still looks brand-new). Is this something I can order directly through your website?

No Rainbow choice this time? I love my Gradient Anodized that I bought last time (though not that happy with the Biothane belt- slips too much.) and would love to see a Gradient Anodized Hex, Macro Diamond or Thing version. That way I could get a second buckle and 2 Nylon Belts. Are there plans for those variants?

Well, that's a shame. It's so tough to get accessories in that colorway. You don't happen to have any backstock hanging around, do you? Maybe just a one or two you can sell, but didn't have enough to warrant selling here? ;-)

Haha I don't think I do... a quick look around doesn't reveal any. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also get some pretty nice results heat anodizing with a propane torch, which is always fun :)

I have the buckle in both aluminum and Ti. The aluminum weighed 5/8 oz while the Ti version weighed 1 oz. I thought Ti was lighter than aluminum. Is the Ti version really Titanium? Also the Ti version I just got from Drop had the stamping/engraving on the wrong side so that the hood had to be facing up and the curvature of the buckle was backwards to the wearer.

Good observation :) Titanium is indeed heavier, and when we say Ti, we really mean it haha. I always tell people that it's lighter than steel, but heavier than aluminum. Regarding the curvature of the buckle: It should always be worn so as to conform to your waist. We recently moved the engraving on the buckles to the back side, so newer buckles have the engraving hidden from view when worn. However, we are still in the process of clearing out some of the older stock. I believe if you ordered a copper buckle, it would still have the engraving in the front. I'm sorry for the confusion! If you'd like to exchange it for a different buckle color, just shoot me an email (sales@carbontactics.com). Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you. Thanks!

Are the aluminum buckles the new version without engravings on the front? The images in this most recent drop are mixed with and without.

I picked up a 2.0 on KS. Excellent decision. Love the belt. Light and strong. Chose the biothane option. Looks great.

Buenas tardes, acabo de recibir su producto y me han cobrado 27 euros por el envío y en ningún momento lo indican, no me parece ético.
