Alex1514Yes and no. Yes because it's American made. No because its 70$ for a handle that holds a really cheap razor blade. This same thing can be produced in China for way cheaper out of the same materials... But this is more for collectors who take pride in the collection aspect and would rather use this instead of the high end knives they use because they don't want to diminish the value of those knives. Though they should just use them.
Is it worth it to you? Probably not. I like high end things but this is not one of the things I put my money on. It may be for someone. You can get a regular box cutter for ten dollars give or take. I use my $200-600 knives everyday. A box cutter has better geometry for most tasks.
There is no correct answer to your question.
I do think think they are taking the piss with their price, it's a novel idea but if they are going to hold out at that price, you'll see the chinese selling them direct for $8.
