I guess theoretically you could use the R4 down arrow and flip it to make it into a R2 up arrow, but none of the rest of the arrows keys will match the flat R3 :(

If you got another keyboard (like planck or ergodox) to stick the remaining keycaps on why not. But its up to you. Actually there is a running planck drop.

Actually its to late to make any changes. Also i would like to point out that to many options can destroy the experience for other people. Each kit must reach its MOQ to be going into production. There is a deep context behind each kit which i cant explain in just a few lines. The beige Alphas are part of Base Kit to make it easy for people who are new to custom keysets. Also Atomic requires Base kit too. The Arrow keys are thought to be used on Planck and Atomic keyboard. In short i will never make it right for each individual but i can do it at least for majority.

Hey welcome to Mechanical Keyboard hobby! Let me be your Oracle. In near future you´ll get another keyboard and this will be not the last one. The same thing goes for custom keysets. Also you will get an addiction to press the keys of any keyboard you´ll see in the public. :)
