Quick question regarding the Novelty Kit:
The mock-ups have the beige and orange hexagon Carbon symbols as R3 whereas the renders show it as R1 in the top left corner.
Are the beige and orange hexagon Carbon symbols R3 (according to mock-ups) or R1 (according to renders)? It would make more sense for it to be R1 though, right? That way we can use it in the top row.
AnthonyOoiThese wonderfull Renderers are made by Thinman. I guess he oversaw that those Carbon logo keys are row 3. But hey why not to use this way? Maybe it was intentional from him, so he can avoid misspressing Escape :) I dont know. Anyway for an row 1 Escape there are: orange Escape and any key from Warning signs kit.
T0mb3ryThanks for the reply. Yea that's what I thought.
But I'm just wondering why it would be R3 though. Wouldn't R1 make more sense? The only spot on a standard board for the Carbon logo key would be the 5 on the numpad. Even then, the 5 should be deep-dish. Anywhere else on that row would be awkward.
T0mb3ryoops - If I updated it, you have any suggestions?
Didn't mean to mislead anyone, still working out the kinks I guess.
If you could send me one of the warning sign legends I can drop that in there...I like that it set the Carbon tone for the board though as it is.
If you need only Warning Signs mockup or other similar mockups, just ask and i will deliver you some :) For the current Mockup i would put Lambda as Escape. You know "Half Life 3" hype XD
AnthonyOoiNow that you mention it... that's kinda true... I just added the forum kits cuz they were all R1 so i can just use them as ESC though it won't look as nice as the carbon for sure.
tangkimsYup. It's just quite unfortunate. Not a lot of people have a layout that will utilize the R3 Carbon logo. If it's R1, everyone - standard layout or not - can use it.
