The Carnot Riviera, a 40-millimeter quartz dress watch, is able to track the day, date, month, and the phase of the moon across its four subdials. And despite them, the watch doesn’t feel overcrowded or smushed. The outer chapter ring has minute markings in increments of five with small partial-seconds markings in between them.
