It’s near impossible to replicate authentic tube amplification—and with several unique tubes available today, it can be hard to choose the tube sound you want. With the CS-100A integrated amplifier from Cayin, you don’t have to. Equipped with eight KT88 tubes, this versatile amplifier can run EL34 family tubes, too. Simply change out your tubes, and flip the switch on the back of the unit for tailored amplification via a custom circuit and an onboard bias meter. You can also switch between a Class AB Ultra-Linear amplification mode (rated at 80 watts per channel, with two channels) and a Triode mode (rated at 50-watts per channel, with two channels). However you listen, you’ll be treated to rich sound quality with impressive detailing, thanks to premium components like all-silver internal wiring, carbon film resistors, and a custom toroidal power supply.
