How many mW of power would this device provide to 300ohm headphones plugged into the 4pin XLR balanced output? Also power output for other headphones resistances, like 16ohm, 32ohm, 80ohm, 150ohm?

I see only balanced headphone connections. Yet the specs have unbalanced headphone stats. What is the true story?

It’s listed as having two 6.35 mm outputs which if you look closely appear to be in the center of both of the 3 pin XLR connectors on the front if I’m not mistaken…

No speaker connectors… so no.
What is the difference between the gain and current switches? What type of headphone needs high current vs low current, or high gain vs low gain?
depends but usually low impedence and low sensitivity headphones want current (ex: 30ohm or less with below 90 sensitivity, usually hard to drive Planar headphones). high impedence headphones usually just want wattage so low current mode (ex: dynamic like HD 600)
