How is the customer support with Cayin? I have Xduoo X3 right now and at 9 months its having issues.( disconnects from the computer while trying to add music, wouldn't turn on for a week) Contacted seller( Tomtop) and Xduoo, no response. ( going on a month now) I'm leaning towards Cowon again( the Plenue D, had the X7, it died after 6 plus years) it's 50.00 more but has a lot longer battery life. I want reliability, not made of money.

I understand that, but the Plenue D does have 32 built in as well. With a firmware update 128 may become 256. A 256 card will cost almost another 80.00 in addition

Pmtski45All I can say is that support must be better than Xduoo. I had an X3 die after 3 months. Xduoo never honoured the "lifetime warranty" and Tomtop was the same. Will never buy from either again. At least Cayin has a presence on the head-fi forums and seems to be taking feedback and genuinely trying to improve their products.

Pmtski45Cayin started way back in 1993, and we started our venture into Personal Audio in 2013, so far we have maintain very good track record on customer support throughout our history. We interact and follow up with our customers directly on HeadFI forum in past few years and our DAP has been highly regarded in terms of Price Performance and customer support. I can't comment if N3 will outperform the DAP you have mentioned, but we are proud of our customer service and will continue to strive for better support in the future.
