The watch arrived and I was like a little kid on christmas day opening the box. The watch looks amazing, feels amazing, and sounds awesome! It also arrived broken. The second hand and minute hand collide and the second hand cannot pass the minute hand. This stops the entire watch. I'll update my review when I have a working watch.
UPDATE: I went through customer support with both the manufacturer and Drop. The final resolution is going to be a return and a refund. Not a repair or replacement. That's a shame, I would rather have a working watch. That said, Drop is making it right.
MVGreeneI'm having a similar issue, the crown just unscrews when setting the watch. Have you had any luck getting a reply from support? I haven't yet, though I am still under their three day SLA for response time.
CodyI have gotten a response. Drop sent me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent me back to Drop. Drop has now directed me to a specific individual with the manufacturer. I'm not filled with hope about getting this resolved. I'll update once I do have a resolution.
MVGreeneI'm in the same boat with being sent a defective watch (the minute hand is completely unconnected internally and seems to be clashing with the raised numbering of the dial) and now being bounced between Drop and manufacturer. I'd be interested to hear how far you get with the contact at the manufacturer.

MVGreeneInteresting. I'm at 5 business days out from contacting CCPTime with no response, and am in a holding pattern with Drop support here. Waiting on a specialist? Seems you're having more luck than me. :P
