To be honest I haven't had a problem with my watch. I wear it as my daily and it gets hammered (I'm an apprentice sign writer) would recommend an aftermarket strap though. I used strapsco. Have had for well over a year

Hello! I bought this watch in August last year and by the end of September the 'second' hand had already fallen off and was blocking one of the other hands. The watch was barely worn more then 20 times thought this period and was always treated with care. (Side note - The box it came in was nice and the watch well represented, but this watch was not represented in the manual and it took some intense google searching to discover how to change the date of the watch) Trying to get a replacement or refund was dissapointing to say the least... Their website CCCPTime is absolutely useless, I lodged over 5 support tickets between September and May this year to never even recieve a response. Big props to Massdrop for handling the situation after I brought it to their attention, but beware of this watch. I love the design, but is simply not a quality product.

Beware. I got this watch from them in a previous drop. The clasp on the band does not work and they are of NO help at all. They act like I am an idiot that does not know how to fasten a watch buckle.

I am a collector of watches. I ordered, then received this watch a couple of days ago. Worthless crap. To begin with, the date could not be set as described in the owner's manual. I then saw that the watch loses about an hour in time during the course of one day. Yes, I know very well that this an "automatic" self winding watch. I have made sure that the watch is properly, adequately wound. Still.....loses time!
