What is a "180 degree rotating display"?? How does the display "rotate"?
It seems like there are a lot of similar looking kitchen/cooking temperature probes available on Amazon for $15-$30, are these any different or any better?

matt98030Not all use a thermocouple -- they're in theory faster and more accurate than the thermistors most cheap thermometers use, although in practice I'm not sure it really matters to most people.
As for the rotating bit, I think it means the display will be readable (will flip) whichever way it it held, whether in right hand or left hand.
