We have some good news to share with everyone. Our vendor reached out today to inform us that the cargo is currently en route to our warehouse. They provided us with tracking, and the shipment is scheduled to arrive this coming Monday.
Our warehouse team will be ready to immediately break the bulk order down and prepare your individual orders for shipment. Their goal will be to get everything out the door the same day as arrival.
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 9/25 or sooner if something comes up.

ArthurMArthurM: I've been trying to reach CEntrance for a week about my DACmini, which has been freezing continually even though I've only used it for about three months (it has since been in storage). I received the DACmini on January 15, 2015 and am really worried that CEntrance won't agree to fix it if things continue this way. Can you help?

pwnermanI did just that and sent my DACmini to Massdrop two/three weeks ago with their RMA. Still waiting to hear whether they got the shipment and what they're doing about it.
