We have some good news to share with everyone. Our vendor reached out today to inform us that the cargo is currently en route to our warehouse. They provided us with tracking, and the shipment is scheduled to arrive this coming Monday.
Our warehouse team will be ready to immediately break the bulk order down and prepare your individual orders for shipment. Their goal will be to get everything out the door the same day as arrival.
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 9/25 or sooner if something comes up.

I received the DACmini on January 15, 2015 and am really worried that CEntrance won't agree to fix it if things continue this way. Can you help?
