I gotta say the communication from MassDrop on this DACmini CX drop has been horrible. So now CEntrance is shipping units to MassDrop instead of directly to customers? Can we get a straight story once and for all regarding what is going on? The original estimated shipping date was October 14. Missed that one by quite a bit. This is my first time using MassDrop and it will likely be my last because of the issues around clear communication from MassDrop. In this day and age I expect better. I'm a patient guy, but I don't like this lack of true communication.

As I said in my post, I am patient. It's not so much about the time. It is about how we keep being told one thing, only to find out it is not true after all. My issue is about poor communication on the part of Massdrop. I would like to be able to believe what I am being told. That is all.

Hey, truly sorry -- MD is a young company and growing very quickly. Right now they are a little understaffed. We are working with them and helping them as much as we can.
Together with Massdrop, we are able to bring these incredible deals to you, so I would encourage a little patience. The kinks will be worked out of the system and you will be able to use this site easily. We were genuinely overwhelmed here, but we are focused on cleaning this up ASAP. The good news is that it's done -- we are over the hump.
