Just use the default driver packaged with the Windows 10 creator's update.

Yeah, the CEntrance driver is no longer needed. Windows 10 supports DACport out of the box now.

Mine works on Win10 with latest updates and with CEntrance driver - no problems so far.
The only thing is when it gets hot it needs to be reconnected, and that's the only issue I've had with it for over a year of everyday usage.
There is a problem with the digital signature and it will not work properly. From Centrance: " At the moment, turning off Secure Boot is the only way to install our driver until we update its signature. We are working on an update to the driver, but I do not have a definite date on when it will be ready. The last update was over a year ago and still nothing.
