My DACport Slim works fine (and sounds great) when I connect it to a USB 3.0 port on a Dell Latitude laptop running Windows 7 x64. Over the weekend I let the device run for many hours straight, and it only hiccuped a couple of times when the whole PC bogged down due to heavy processor load (using Photoshop).
However, when I attempt to connect the DACport Slim to any USB 2.0 port, it merely shows up in the Device Manager as "Unknown Device" and the Centrance Universal Driver doesn't see it.
(I won't try the DACport Slim on my Windows 10 laptop until CEntrance releases a compatible driver.)
