Software support is a pain in the ass. I shouldn't have to bust out my macbook just to update the firmware so my PC can recognize the device, it should already have been updated when it went out for shipment. Plus changing the sample rate through the drivers doesn't work, I have to re-plug the device every time I start my computer for it to be usable, AND my computer freezes randomly which has never happened before.

My PC doesn't recognize the Slim after rebooting and occasionally hangs during bootup (it never did this before). I haven't had time to figure it out yet since it's my work PC, I can't spend too much time fiddling with audio equipment. Changing USB ports seems to help in the meantime.
