Im wondering who I should contact about a possible replacement.
Or anyone else having this problem where the slightest wiggle of the USB and the thing disconnects.
I find it really weird since I never move this thing, and < 2 months and its already breaking?
EDIT: I tried multiple cables and most had the same problem, but I found one that the plastic end is a little thicker so it doesn't wobble enough to cause disconnects? I dunno. I still find it weird that there is no support email on CEntrence's website. - Or at least an email that is labeled as such.
It's simply firstname.lastname@example.org.
I'm having this issue too. bumping the USB at the HOST side is causing disconnects. I have high confidence in the connection at the device itself, but it just seems like the driver is extremely sensitive. Windows 10 PC with the latest "UD" from CEntrance website
