Depends on what you are using it for. Magni is a better amp that needs wall power, modi is a better dac that can have optical, coaxial, and USB input and needs wall power. The dacport, doesn't sound quite as good, but it is portable. It works with the Nexus 6p, or with a laptop, and you get a DAC and amp. Magni and modi are separate, so you could replace or upgrade later.
I use optical from my soundcard to the modi, so I can use virtual surround, this is not possible on the dacport, as a USB only device.

I was mostly interested in sound quality differences. As I have M3 and E10K and was thinking to switch to AKM based DAC, and Dacport slim is the cheapest option... I have K240 and shure SRH840 headphones. Is the Magni/Modi worth the price difference ? soundwise ? I will be using only as desktop device.

Sound differences between quality amps is very subtle. I will say that it drives me crazy that FiiO is stuck on the 24/96 sample structure since it won't play all of my files. I'll also say that compared to the FiiO amp that I have (E11K) the CEntrance is better. It has much better output power for one. Better bass extension for another. AND it supports 24/192 samples so I can play all of the files in my library. DACPort Slim is quite good and has definitely earned my recommendation.

Unfortunately whether it's worth it or not is subjective. I do think the magni amp sounds better personally, decent DACs are pretty hard to tell apart, amps can make more of a difference though, it also depends on how your headphones work. I have a modded t50rp that sounds better on the magni compared to my other amps, but it's a crazy power hungry headphone, it almost only sounds good on the magni. On anything else it sounds, muddy and less dynamic. For the m50x the difference is very subtle. I would recommend buying just the magni 2 and hooking it up to your m3 as the DAC. Maybe from Amazon so if you don't like it you can return it.
