DDTRRI already have the NHT SuperOnes, so maybe I should stick with them. Imaging improvement would be a reason to switch, but the frequency response seems the same. I use a Carver Sunfire MKII subwoofer for the lowest freqs anyway.
BiffsBizStick with them. Flabby and weak bass are hallmark of these speakers on drop now coupled with fatiguing and shouty sharp presentation misconstrued as imaging.
DDTRRThank you for your comment. We've sold thousands of these, many into recording and mastering studios in Hollywood and have heard very good results. Eric Clapton has a pair in his studio if that's any indication of quality. If you experience listening fatigue, it may be due to DAC or amp quality.
this PASSIVE crossover is what you call quality?
Those 50cents/half meter copper and TINNED copper leads from Xover to driver makes your $199 REFERENCE class speaker cables a joke and does them a MAMOTH diservice and INJUSTICE
WAKE UP PEOPLE, this ain't a drop, it's a DUMP
