Anyone experiencing shipping issues? I received only 1 of 2 packages even though they both show processed.
Unfortunately, you seem to be the only one with this issue. I just sent an email out to the vendor to look into this for you. We will keep you posted.
Thanks for the reply @ArthurM . Let me know if the Massdrop team needs more info to research this. Support seems to be slower with responses. When do you think I should check / hear back?
@ArthurM it's been over 2 weeks since Massdrop took my $ and processed my order. I'm still missing the 2nd speaker. The only way to reach someone is through this forum or your Support email and no one seems to be fixing the issue. I need a refund ASAP if you guys can't fulfill the order. I regret trying out a purchase through you guys.
