I ordered the Olive bag with the Olive sleeve (Color Options: Olive Green Optional Add-On Laptop Sleeve: Yes, please add the Olive Laptop Sleeve (+$45.00)) and haven't gotten it either. I did, finally, get a response from support which stated that I can get a refund (after posting exactly the same thing in this forum), but no answer as to whether I was a part of the backorder or there was some other issue. I know I'm probably asking a lot, but when there's an issue with an order I generally get a lot more feedback from other vendors. I haven't (and won't) order from Massdrop again until this order is complete, and then I'll decide whether the discounts offered are worth the pain.

lcbowen3I havent even gotten a email from support, but the "batch containing 5 Deep Olive bags with Red laptop sleeves" (exactly the one I ordered) that supposedly were to arrive a few days ago still havent been updated whither those are going to be shipped.
