The Cherry MX Silver RGB Mechanical Switch puts swift, resistance-free action right at your fingertips. Technically part of Cherry MX’s Speed line, Silver switches sit in the linear camp, requiring a light-to-moderate 45 grams of force for a full actuation. Where the Speed Silvers differ from the more-common MX Reds is that their stainless steel springs only accommodate 3.4 millimeters of total travel—resulting in a remarkably short, markedly snappy keystroke. This particular run features 35-switch packs of the Cherry MX Silver RGB switches, which put the same performance as the standard Silver switches into an LED-friendly, see-through housing.
