A sizing chart based on the actual dimensions of the shoe would be much appreciated. For those of us with wide feet and/or various arch heights, it's alot to ask us to drop $200 on a pair of shoes when we have little awareness of how well they might fit. Perhaps, given that these are supposedly made by hand, there's a way for us to submit our measurements for a "true fitted" shoe?
