Can anybody give some info on the fit? Is it true to size? How does the length fit compared to Nike Airmax or Cole Haan? I'm 7.5 in both and they've been pretty consistent. Thanks.

samson1217These fit true to size. I would go with your typical Brannock size.

IanAndersonI looked into some reviews and everyone wrote that you should buy like 1 number under your normal one (f.e. I have EU 46, so I should buy EU 45). Do you know if that's actually true?

LarsenI was in on the last #8 drop (302 last) and I measure a 12 on Brannock. I went with a 45 and while it does fit with a little room (wearing thick wool socks) I think I would order a 44 if I do this again. Also as others have said make sure you have some Venetian Cream on hand because the leather usually needs some love out of the box.

lwhititFirst, thanks a lot for your reply - really appreciate it! Do you have by any chance some Nike shoes to compare the size to? I had 12 on every single Nike shoe I had so far.

LarsenNo Prob, one thing to note would be using thicker wool socks on boots vs athletic/dress socks for all these below (except the boots). I like a tight fit with shoes without any rubbing. I think most people would be happy with the 45 in my case but I think I could go smaller. I have been buying nikes recently with weird size variances so hopefully this helps vs confuse you more:
Brannock 12 Basketball shoes(Lebrons , Jordans, foamposites) 11.5 Flyknit Frees 11.5 Roshe Runs 11 Flyknit Roshes 10.5 Flyknit Chukka Frees 10.5 Cole Haan Lunargrand 10.5 (dress socks) Redwing Beckmans 10.5

lwhititThanks for the awesome list, hopefully that will help others as well when they choose! I got 12 in Roshe Runs, so I guess 45 EU is the pick!
