Chopped Champion 7-Inch Cleaver

You don’t have to be on a cooking competition show to know the importance of a good cleaver. This one, featured on the Food Network hit show Chopped, has a 7-inch blade made from high-carbon stainless steel. At 13.1 ounces, it makes quick work of large cuts of meat. The full-tang blade’s momentum carries it through with ease. For grip, the handle is made from ABS with three rivets to keep it secure.
