Chord already said they will not honor their products not bought from authorised distributor...and authorised distributors are not allow to sell their gear on MassDrop. This are words from Chord themselves

ShyanNormally Massdrop deals directly with the makers, not the distributors, that's the whole business model, skip the middle man.. so what you say is unlikely but since this drop is ending and MD is not on this board we'll never know I guess.

Pierre111Well if you said so yourself...but I can tell you that this is NOT the case. This drop is NOT sourced directly from the manufacturer itself and tho I know MD (or whoever is organising this drop) are monitoring these conversation, ain't it convenient to just keep mum and let the customers to assumed that these are directly from Chord itself.
Any company (such as Chord) worked hard to have a strong network of distributors, and will not screw all their hard work by allowing this kind of practice to undermine their distributors/resellers who have financial investment and a vested interest to make sure that there is a systematic and consistent pricing strategy across the market.
