Can somebody explain what massdrop warranty is?

I have seen this, I was expecting a proper explanation. like what happens if the battery dies on the mojo. Do they replace the battery ? do they send it out to chord to fix it ?
and it says not covered by massdrop if there is no manufacturer warranty ?

i don't know if they got the warranty issues fixed. The last time they had the Mojo as a drop. Chord electronics was quoted as saying they would not honor any issues on Mojos sold here because Massdrop is not a authorized dealer.

yeah that's the thing. I would rather pay $40 extra to get support from an authorized one like moon audio. kinda sucks

I asked Bluebird and they said they would definitely not provide support in USA for Chord products grey-marketed into USA.
