I understand Massdrop is not for the speediest of deliveries but saying the drop has shipped when it clearly hasn't isn't acceptable especially since my CC was charged a month ago! Please provide an update or reverse my charge until the product has actually shipped. Otherwise, I will be disputing with with amex myself since Massdrop is basically making interest of my money for nothing. I understand startups have a need for operating cash but that wont help if you alienate all your customers.
EDIT:Thanks you for the shipping update Massdrop, that was all I was asking for. Glad you guys have addressed the problem and I am looking forward to finally receiving my Zippo.
