We are absolutely sending UPS a lot of angry emails, and don't have a definitive answer from them just yet. There's around 500 packages that we shipped out during December 15-20th that are currently stuck in "limbo". Some have been delivered, most have not, all are missing tracking info. We're taking this situation very seriously and we'll relay information as quickly as we get it. If we can get any money back from UPS, will certainly pass that on to members. We'll evaluate the situation --completely-- once the packages have all been delivered and then figure out the correct course of action.
Yep, mine "shipped" the 17th, tracking just says "information received by UPS Mail Innovations"
If this is truly the case, I am just as angry about having been lied to by Massdrop's customer service.
Mine that had no tracking updates and shipped the 17th arrived today. tracking info still says it hasn't even shipped yet.
Thanks for the update, that makes me very happy to hear. There's still 500(ish) packages, like yours, that has no tracking updates, and UPS has been very bad at giving us any information about them. Hopefully in the coming days more and more of those packages, like yours, will show up.
I haven't received a tracking number nor any sort of reply from you guys other than "The drop was successful, we're charging your card now!!!". What can be done to fix this?
It looks like you joined the most recent drop for the Zippo lighters. Mark was talking about the previous drop before this one. Lots of people still haven't received theirs due to UPS tracking and shipping being messy during the holiday season.
Just wait a little bit longer, and you should get your tracking information.
