This is my first buy at Massdrop and like most everyone else I have not received any kind of confirmation that a lighter has been shipped let alone processed. The only email I received was the one that said I was charged way back in December when this drop ended. Really disappointed. I won't be using this site for purchases again. If I don't hear anything new in the next week or so, I will have to call my bank and dispute this bogus charge for a non existent item.

OdinFaktorYou have to take into account that there is more than one stop in the shipping process. Seeing as the manufacturer has to package and send them to massdrop which can be the longest part. Then massdrop receives and repackages each individual order, it takes some time for it to happen, especially with 301 people in this drop alone. Have patience. I've received two of the three drops that have finished. Your zippo exists out there and It is making its way home to you.

Your order is part of the second round of the Zippo lighter drop. We received the lighters orders from Zippo late yesterday, and we have everything shipped out first thing today. You should have the tracking info available in your transaction page now.

nelsonYep, got the email. Looks like the lighter is coming from CA. It'll take a few to reach NY. I guess I'll give Massdrop a second chance if I'm satisfied with the product I receive. I like to support companies that in my mind have great potential. I'll post again when it arrives....
