yiriYes, I am. I have email and official USPS postal tracking info. Not to mention the lighter (which I used several times already) in it's own box with serial number. What totally surprised me was that I received the item on a Saturday. Massdrop still has me as a customer.

Your order is also an Australian order, which is partially the reason why it's taking a bit longer, compounded by the fact it was shipped right before the holiday season started. If it still doesn't show up in the next few days, just let us know and we'll re-ship you another one.
