received mine today (UK) - the original package was 'opened and checked by staff at the NRC in Belfast; it does not contain a dangerous good and is safe for transport' - is this normal for UK shipping? or is it due to the facts its a lighter? (i bought the zippo hand warmers and didn't have them opened) ... or is it just coincidence?
also, if the goods were more expensive would I have paid duty on them in this instance?
