My USPS Tracking shows the message "Not Found". Is this normal?

arguserIt is normal for international shipments, as far as I can tell.

arguserDmedvinsky is right. When I inquired with mass drop they gave me the following answer : There won't be international tracking for this package. The code you see is actually a customs referral code. Once a package clears customs, some countries use this code as a means to track your package -- it varies depending on the country. Basically, you could see tracking at some point if your country uses this code.
