You know, when I think about "...a solar-powered everyday watch with style" this BM8475 Eco-Drive Solar isn't the first watch that comes to mind. And why settle for common, everyday solar power when, with todays technology, you can have ATOMIC POWER?!!!
Yes, that's why for me--and guys like me, who really dig overcomplicate shit we seldom ever get around to using, we chose the real, he-man's Citizen, the:
"Citizen Eco-Drive Blue Angels World Chronograph Atomic Timekeeping Watch with Day/Date AT8020-03L"

There's a couple of square mm without an embellishment, surely they could have crammed some more numerals on the face.

Must have been they were all out of the 38mm Citizen, Echo-drive, Radio Controlled, "Bauhaus Design 100-Year Anniversary Commemorative," Blue Angel Watches that day?
