Second hand came loose. Only wore watch a few times. Decided to wear today and noticed second hand just flopping around. Massdrop refuses to do anything to resolve problem. Buyer beware at Massdrop. I know I won't buy anymore watches from them, not worth the minimal savings.

Beautiful watch and has kept time with no problem for the few weeks I’ve set it and checked it with atomic clock online. I did call Citizen about the crown not screwing tight while in use. They said this is not a USA model sold in the USA so he was not sure. If anyone has any feedback about a tightened stew down crown I would appreciate it. My other citizens are screw tight but not this one. 4 stars for being a very nice fictional watch and would make it 5 if this was not a tighten down crown.

Waterproof can be achieved without screwdown crown. Screwdown mainly meant as a failsafe to prevent crown being extended underwater. As long as your stem is not extended should meet depth rating.
