FYI. I jumped on this the first time it dropped as it looked good in the photos. When it arrived, I thought it was quite ugly and looked cheap. Too many indents around the dial, and the face just looked plasticy.

Such a slick looking diver but why does it have to be so damned large? (I just picked up a similar model from Amazon for $129 and it has a perfect 43mm case, which is my maximum size.)

TwentySixAndSay--that gives me an idea--I'll sell 'em all Baby Aspirin and make a fortune! "Here--take two of these little pills at bedtime; you'll see the amazing results first thing in the morning. That'll be $600 thank you. Next!"

Careful with this purchase guys. Citizen is probably the forefront of the market for solar watches with their eco-drive technology. However, they are known in the watch community for having very faulty automatic movements, and this doesnt come with a warranty hate to do it, but i'm just looking out for the community

Yeah, Miyota is owned by Citizen, so you'd think the quality would be at that level.

BarbellarinaI don't think you should judge it by the movement (see link) rather in size and appearance! And if I didn't have a 21600 bph (six notches per second) watch in my collection, I would have bought one... https://www.equationoftime.com/forums/forum/equation-of-time-forums/watch-discussion/33599-miyota-8200-the-ultimate-workhorse-part-1

$110 is a good price for this watch, but where's the NH8381-12L (blue) version? It's like shopping a thrift store. Good prices but incomplete selection and very little quantity = frustrating.

Can anyone comment on the 11E black case model? Is the finish a DLC finish and how the finish holds up to wear?

Gunnersmate2Very unlikely to have DLC on a Citizen watch of this price level.
