So...any word on when this will be shipped? The last drop I was a part of with this same company, I recieved my order a week or so early from the shipping date. Figured this would be the same yet it's already a week past the estimated date with no update or anything about this delay. I think everyone would agree that if a item is going to be shipped later than stated, then you should let the customer know about it instead of leaving us in the dark.
This is the crap response I received from their "Support" when I questioned why I was never notified of a delay.
I'm Crystal with Drop Community Support, thank you for reaching out to us today. I understand your concern on the shipment of your CJRB Briar Folding Knife. I would be more than happy to take a look into this matter for you.
I understand this was supposed to have shipped already. I just flagged this to our logistics team and they will be looking into it shortly.
Because of how most runs are structured, we depend on our vendors/suppliers to send out products on the agreed upon time. While in the majority of cases this works out, delays on a given run or shipment can happen for a number of reasons.
If you need anything else at the moment, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

What a load of rubbish. The other knife I purchased from this same company had it shipped almost 2 weeks prior to the estimated date. I figured this would be the same deal. I figured wrong. And to get such a vague response is pretty lame. Like, we have already paid for the product so we should be notified promptly when these delays happen and why. Drop is so hit or miss when it comes to the products they market. It's a gamble every time I join a drop, when really it shouldn't be. Guess we'll have to wait even longer and see what happens next.
