So these are normal glasses with a sun glass add on how do I get my prescription in I don't see a spot in the order form

PjanomanAny optics store would be able to make the lens for them. LensCrafters, eyeglass world, etc. Just take them in and ask what lens options they have.

Jgold101Does this mean it would be easy to get the lenses replaced with polarized lenses of (approximately) the same color?

MrBeanSure. Might not be cheap but somewhere is bound to have it. I know my local LensCrafters would without a doubt be able to.
