I really like the line spacing on these, as well as the abundance of lines making for an easy guide to sketch and draw around. The spiral-bound ones held up very well and saw regular use until full, the twine-bound, while they lasted for a few weeks, fell apart a bit when carried in a bag and so were relegated to desk-use only.
Clairefontane is some of the smoothest paper around, and this drop doesn't disappoint. The A4 size is generous for work or school, and the French rule will help with handwriting practice. It's weird to use at first if you have never seen it before, but if you want to improve your handwriting, French rule is the best kind of paper you could use.
I'm addicted to the French Ruling. It looks crazy busy at first glance but when you start writing it blends right into the background. A4 is almost the same size as my Macbook so they stack neatly in a backpack. The paper is extra smooth and works great with the fountain pens and markers I use (pencil too).
