I am a new user and found this site while surfing in an attempt to avoid excessive shipping costs. I am obsessed with French paper. I traveled to Paris every year for 12 years ( and boarded the plane with 25 pounds of notebooks etc. ) until the value of the dollar made travel economically unreasonable for me. I am interested in A4 binders, loose leaf, and notepads. Can we request items .
I use the unruled clothbound version every day. I'd be delighted to buy the black or blue in bulk. Unfortunately, I have zero interest in wirebound or ruled notebooks.
As a frenchman who always had clairfontaine's notebooks, it's funny to see how fancy and overpriced their products are in the states... Nevertheless, unparallel smothness of the paper...
Hi guys. Wondering whether or not ink will bleed though onto the sheets underneath? I see that Rhodia states that their brand does not bleed though. Thanks in advance.
Rhodia paper is 80 gsm most of the time, while this and most Clairefontaine is 90 gsm, which is a touch thicker. I find the process they use for Rhodia makes it more ink resistant despite being thinner, but, of course, they have a variety of products under both brands.
HomicidalSifThey don't. However the bounded ones are just bounded by glue so you can easily remove the sheet without ripping the paper but the spiral one you are SOL.
