That's some crazy feathering going on in those writing sample photos. I don't get that with the $3 CF staple bound notebooks I use.

MixelsThe writing samples were done with a dip pen and calligraphy nib, so there definitely is way more ink on the paper than there normally would be with a fountain pen. That being said, I was pretty surprised at the amount of feathering with the Eclat de Saphir ink.
