dan-themanUpdate number 2: the watch is actually working perfectly, it was user error—it comes with no instructions and what I had found on the web was incorrect. The watch is actually in perfect working order and fairly sharp in my opinion.

My watch arrived defective. The chronograph isn't working. It just keeps spinning. Top button has a crunchy feel and the bottom one doesn't press in at all. Instead of stopping, every press of the top button jumps the hand forward a couple of seconds and it keeps spinning. Waiting on a response from support.

Support sent me an RMA and shipping label. No manufacturer's warranty so they'll be issuing a refund.

sufficedmeteorThey sent me the same thing today. I was just sitting down to start the legal process of getting my money back when they sent the message. This has not been an experience I’d like to repeat again.
