I was also shipped only switches.
The *really* bad thing about that is that I’m in the EU. Massdrop attached a customs declaration that says the switches are worth $227.99, an obvious error on Massdrop’s end. That mistake has just set me back $43 in taxes. For 70 switches. I’m infuriated.

Same goes for me. What a mess. I hope the rest is not declared as $227.99...

Not speaking in favour of Massdrop's obviously gigantic mistake but... why did you pay for the VAT/taxes? Were you not presented with the (obviously smaller I assume?) package with the switches prior to paying your dues? We always get to see the package here before paying.
Either way, should email MD customer support - I had a similar incident when I was shipped 3 replacement screws that were declared as the full value of the package that they were associated with for whatever reason. I just didn't pay the VAT and contacted CS, they asked for a copy of the VAT papers, I paid them and them paypal'd me the full amount.

I did inspect the outside of the package before I paid the VAT. It was definitely large enough to contain a small keyboard. When I unboxed it at home, I found the switches were about 5–10 % of its volume. The rest was packaging and filler material.
