I have one of these. Things to note:
It comes very (shaving) sharp bus not stay that way for long, it is possible to sharpen well but I find it more difficult to keep sharp than some ( not great ) kitchen knives I have. If you are good at sharpening, maybe its a non-issue.
It is damn big, and I have some meaty big-palmed hands. It feels really good if you like a big knife, but too big for reasonable EDC, unless you regularly wear bulky pants/shorts.
The clip bends easily, and chips easily, but can be put back into place.
The black coating scratches easily, but does not flake. I feel like the coating is sticky, and would like to bead-blast the whole thing for looks and lower drag.
The handle is super durable and the locking mechanism kicks kershaw's liner locks right in the balls. I am very hard on knives, if your looking for durability over all, this is a good pick.

refactorizedThat is a characteristic of AUS-8 steel. It is easy to sharpen, but it doesn't hold an edge as well as other types of steel.
