It's a nice looking knife for sure, but I'm a bit confused about the intended purpose. 4" is a bit big for an EDC pocket knife; I bought a Kershaw Funxion off of MD about a year ago that has a 3" blade, as well as a few extra snazzy features (glass breaker, bottle opener, etc.) and it still almost feels too big for inner pocket holding.
A 4" blade and a lack of extra functionality seems to reduce some of the value of it for me. I suppose the Cold Steel name automatically ups the purchase cost for some, but I just don't quite understand what situation it is meant to be used for primarily. If I were to need a bigger knife for hiking, camping, etc. I'd probably opt to go for a non-foldable knife in a good sheath, or a machete for underbrush or whatever.
