i feel they missed an opportunity to add a 3rd essential everyday function by crafting the cigar cutter to be a bottle opener too. Id get 100x more use out of a bottle opener than a cigar citter!

So... My lighter isn't working anymore. Tried purging the tank, but didn't work. Used really good butane as well. What's the best way to contact the manufacturer?
