My Aspire in Black Lacquer is not staying lit. I put Colibri butane in the lighter. It was staying lit just after filling, but now it lights for a split second then goes out immediately. I have turned the flow screw from completely closed to wide open in small increments, but no setting will keep the flame lit. Any suggestions?

We’ve already alerted our warehouse staff about the shipment, so we should be able to process it and get it shipped back out to you guys within 24 hours of its arrival.

We have submitted our order of the Colibri Lighters.
Massdrop is a platform that helps members within the community shop together at wholesale pricing. It’s pretty incredible that we managed to get 99 people (that's practically 100, and that's a big number!) in this drop within the 7 days it had been active.
Now that the bulk order has been placed, Colibri is preparing the order for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be preparing our warehouse to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as the order arrives.
We are just waiting for confirmation on the shipment schedule from Colibri now, we will be sure to update again here once that’s available.

Thanks for the heads up. We have a batch of the shipment went out via USPS First Class where the delivery confirmation wasn't enabled properly by USPS (argh!). The shipment is definitely on its way, but some shipments will not be trackable unfortunately.
I was having the same problem, but I just checked the mail and had a nice package from Massdrop in it!! Boy, that is one beautiful lighter. It works wonderfully; totally met my expectations from Massdrop & Colibri. Thank you for having this drop. I'm one happy customer :)
OggyYou should be able to email the massdrop support (support@massdrop.com), give them your transaction ID, and tell them what different styles you'd like. Hope that helps!
