We spoke to the vendor and have some less favorable news. The vendor is waiting on her producer to finish up the final aspect of the necklace and has been unsuccessful in getting an estimated completion date from her producer. We are hoping that these will be ready to go this coming week, but the completion times the vendor and Massdrop have received in the past have been moving targets.
We understand this delay is rather undesirable. If you prefer not to wait for the necklace and want to have your order cancelled, just email us at email@example.com, and we will process the refund right away.
