Wouldn't pay this kind of coin for a Columbia. I've actually got a small (sub)collection of Columbia beaters from the late 90's/early 00's, mostly picked up used for <$20. They're fashion watches but I kind of like the aesthetic. And hey, they don't say what kind of movement is in the chronograph models...

The movement for the Peak Patrol chronograph styles is a Seiko Epson VR32, made in Japan.
