My drop has been sitting at the wrong post office for a week now, with no updates to the tracking information. Why does Massdrop instruct UPS to transfer the package to USPS? UPS would have delivered my package on time, but now I have to deal with the incompetence of the USPS. At this point I'm losing hope that I'll ever see the product I purchased.
